The villa is situated on the top of a hill - 170 metre high. Through the driveway with electric gates you drive up to the villa. The villa, pool and terraces is south facing. Right next to the villa is an outdoor dining and BBQ area with a pergola providing shade. Plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers are present. When entering the villa you come into the very light living room. It is spacious and through the large French doors give a magnificent view on the garden and the ocean. Next to the living is the kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is top quality and of course fully equipped. From the kitchen you have easy access to the terrace and pool area as well as the dining and BBQ area. The BBQ area is west facing to catch the evening sun. Downstairs is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one with private shower room and two other double bedrooms sharing a bathroom). All bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace which runs along the front of the villa. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. The villa is just superb and with the high end furnishing makes it a truly fantastic holiday villa for people which like spending their holidays in luxury.

A partir do piso terreo, bem como de todos os quartos as vistas para o mar e campo sao deslumbrantes. Todos os quartos sao espacosos e bem decorados, com mobiliario moderno e muita luz natural. Esta e uma das mais bonitas vivendas do Sotavento Algarvio.
A vila esta situada no topo de uma colina e atraves da entrada de automoveis com portoes eletricos segue ate a Villa. A moradia, piscina e terracos estao virados a sul. Do lado poente junto a cozinha esta a zona de refeicoes no exterior, com mobiliario confortavel, barbecue e lava-loica exterior. Ha uma abundancia de mobiliario de exterior e bastantes espreguicadeiras.
No piso terreo estao a cozinha, uma sala muito espacosa com televisao, casa banho dos convidados, lavandaria e um quarto duplo en-suite.
