At the long side of the living room you have sliding doors providing access to the covered veranda. This is what makes this house perfect. Ideal for very sunny days to create shade and of course makes staying outside all year round a lot more easy. The veranda is so big is divided in parts also. There is a lounge area, with just comfortable sofas and chairs. Another part is the outside dining area. This very large table seats again 10 easily. Next to the table is the outside kitchen with kitchen top, sink and large BBQ.
From the veranda there is a flight of stairs to the pool level(can be locked so kids don't have access to the pool. The pool and the terrace around is ideal for play and sunbathing of course. Also high end sun beds are provided. The garden really is a perfect match with the villa style. Creating a nice atmosphere with nice shaded spots. In the garage you will find a ping pong table.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, all en suite. The master bedroom is very large and has a big bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. Both other bedrooms have walk in showers too. The two largest bedrooms also have their own private terrace with magnificent seaviews.
Of course the viulla is fully air-conditioned!
In all as described a super holiday villa with a very nice spec and at one of the best locations along the coast.
 
 
Na Villa Pebble Beach a enorme sala e toda iluminada pelas janelas que dao acesso ao terraco coberto com vista para a piscina. Ideal para dias muito ensolarados para criar sombra e, claro, torna a estadia la fora todo o ano muito mais facil.
A sala e composta por 3 areas distintas em open plan, area de estar, outra de jantar e a cozinha.
A varanda e tao grande que esta dividida em duas partes. Ha uma area de lounge, com sofas e cadeiras confortaveis a outra parte e a area de jantar fora. A mesa e enorme e facilmente senta 10 pessoas. Ao lado da mesa tem cozinha exterior com tampo da cozinha, pia e barbecue.
Da varanda ha um lance de escadas para o nivel da piscina (pode ser trancado para que as criancas nao terem acesso a piscina). A piscina e o espaco em redor sao ideal para brincar e para banhos de sol. Todas espreguicadeiras sao de alta-gama. O jardim e realmente uma combinacao perfeita com o estilo da villa, criando um ambiente agradavel com areas sombreadas e na garagem, esta uma de pingue-pongue.
No andar de cima estao tres quartos, todos em suite. O quarto principal e muito grande e tem uma grande casa de banho com chuveiro e banheira.  Os outros quartos tem chuveiros tambem. Os dois maiores quartos tambem tem o seu proprio terraco privado com magnificas vistas para o mar.
Claro que toda a villa e totalmente climatizada e com internet Wifi.
 
De Maio a Setembro apenas aceitamos reservas semanais de sabado a sabado.
